Casey Mason

Casey Mason is the Owner and Managing Principal of C.E. Rivers Residential, a custom home builder specializing in new construction, renovations, and additions. A Class A licensed contractor with more than 25 years in the construction industry, Casey has spent the last decade building C.E. Rivers into a trusted name for homeowners who want their projects handled with craftsmanship and accountability from the first drawing to the final walkthrough.

A longtime Arlington homeowner, Casey renovated his own traditional Colonial in 2011. This experience shaped his appreciation for thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and homes built for the way people actually live. He brings that same personal perspective to every C.E. Rivers project, staying closely involved from the earliest conversations through final completion. His hands-on approach means details get considered, decisions are made deliberately, and clients have a trusted presence beside them throughout the build.

Casey lives in Arlington's Westover neighborhood with his wife, three sons, and black lab. C.E. Rivers Residential has served homeowners throughout Arlington and the greater Northern Virginia market for over 10 years.
