Following our consultation, we'll prepare an initial budget based on our discussions and overall design direction.

THE DESIGN

C.E. Rivers partners with leading area architects to bring your vision to life. We'll guide you throughout the design process, keeping the project's goals, budget, and timeline aligned from the start.

Already have an architect or design team? We're happy to collaborate with the professionals of your choice.

PRECONSTRUCTION

With the design established, our team develops a detailed plan for construction. We'll coordinate permitting, materials, scheduling, subcontractors, and the many details necessary to keep your project moving efficiently.

CONSTRUCTION

This is where the plans become reality. Our team manages the construction process from start to finish, coordinating the work, maintaining quality, and keeping you informed as your new space takes shape.

DELIVERY

After months of planning and craftsmanship, your vision becomes reality. We'll prepare your home for move-in and conduct a detailed final walkthrough so you're comfortable with every aspect of your newly completed space.
